Bug description: Manual does not report removal of SIG* signal number constants

I was trying to use the posix_kill() function with the signal number
constants mentioned here: http://www.php.net/manual/en/ref.pcntl.php

However, the constants weren't defined. It seems they were removed in an
early 4.x version of PHP and have not been available since. That being
the case, I looked up the appropriate numbers for my system and all is
well.

It would be nice if the manual could be updated to reflect this change, or
if it is conditional, when the symbols are defined.
