[PHP-DOC] manual builds (when) From: Philip Olson (philip <email protected>)

Hi-

The /en/ manual hasn't been built since November 20,
which was about 10 days ago. Can you please let us
know how often this will be built these days? It
used to be roughly every 48 hours. Why does the
entire build process (phpweb, phpdoc, etc.) seemingly
take so much longer since the big move?
