This is a duplicate of bug #20870, see it for more details:

Notice how your link has three language codes in it, don't go to links
like that. One day such links won't be presented in the search.php
page. If you got to this invalid link a different way let us know.

The link
http://www.php.net/manual/en/index.php/cs/fi/reserved.php
is supposed to contain a list of reserved words, but it
does not. It appears instead to be a copy of the
documentation Table of Contents.
The same error appears on one or two mirrors I checked.
