This is known, and PDF isn't created anymore until it's solved.

the summary says it all, I think. From the very beginning of Chapter 46
to the end of all the appendices is truncated on the acrobat formatted
files of your 4.1.2 php manual. I verified this problem via all the us
mirros and the UK mirrors and found the same problems exist.
