Bug description: stream_get_meta_data() documentation typo

At the english manual, the description of function stream_get_meta_data()
(http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.stream-get-meta-data.php) has a
wrong syntax:

array file_get_meta_data ( resource stream)
      ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Must be stream_get_meta_data, the function file_get_meta_data() doesn't
exist.
