This is still open. We need more javascript+php faqs as a html faq
eludes to it but ... Especially regarding variable use, such as arrays,
and passing variables back and forth.

Maybe a good example would be to gather screen width and height into
PHP.

I am on it - there is already a bug in the database about
this to remind me to fix it. However, given that it has
been about a week, I probably needed another reminder. :)
