Bug description: Inappropriate translation of pangram

<http://www.de.php.net/manual/de/function.wordwrap.php>:

"The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog"
in the wordwrap example is a notorious pangram.
Hence, the German translation should be a pangram,
rather than the verbatim translation of those silly
words.

I suggest:
"Falsches Üben von Xylophonmusik quält jeden größeren Zwerg."
