[PHP-DOC] two recent entities (lang snippets) From: Philip Olson (philip <email protected>)

Hi. Today in the middle of an update I ended up
creating (and using) two entities and quickly
named them:

  file.clearstatcache
  note.no-remote

But now they just don't look right (the names) so
can someone suggest better ones? Maybe instead
of 'file' it should be 'tip' like some others?
