Well, if you have started your CVS account request, and introduced
yourself at group <email protected>, you need to wait. If nothing happens, then it
is not to be interpreted as "no". Because you will get explicit "no" or
"yes". If nothing happens, you shold remail group <email protected>, but NOT
resubmit the CVS account request...
