Hi again :))
I have a lot of questions so this is my second
Im need a script like dclinks.cgi
this script must acts like the these in www.hotscripts.com
here is the script

 and another function "review it"

So
I need a php script which runs all from the above
but my host doesnt support mysql
so
can this be done without databases ?? using only text files....
and can someone explaint / help me how to do this PLEASE ???
