We're a startup technology firm built on a totally different approach than
other technology firms like Scient or the Big 6. All site builds are
completely iterative, and our clients can view their work 24/7. As a general
rule, we're trying to stay as far away from Big 6 type practices as
possible. :)

We're just starting out, but we currently have both startup and Fortune 500
work. Financing is not a problem, as two of the members of our management
team sold their last startup, and I was one of the original investors in
Andover.net (the owner of slashdot.org which was recently sold to VA Linux).

We think we offer an ideal development environment (at least for the type
of developers we're trying to attract)---essentially trying to replicate an
entrepreneurial/hobbyist approach within our firm. We offer small teams,
less bureaucracy, and a wide variety of projects for all developers.

For early people who sign on, there's also a real opportunity to lead
development and determine our development culture.
