How safe are the ini_set() etc functions to use? According to the manual
ini_set() was introduced at RC1, and the others (ini_get/ini_restore)
just show PHP4, no specific version, so can I safely assume that if a
server is installed with 4.0.0 that they will work no matter what? Even
with safe mode on?
