Dreamweaver coupled with Fireworks is an excellent tool
anyone who slags it off clealry has no idea about moving
nice grphical designs to the web. you can set Homesite
as the default external editor which is excellent for PHP
and Homesite has a Dreamweaver button in for moving the current
doc back to dreamweaver. Macromedia have done some great things
with these integrations, still somewhat buggy(name software that isnt) but
hey it works well and its fast
anyone who is still hand design there HTML is clearly behind the times
or have there head so far......
anyway Our Graphics guy does up designs in Fireworks, one of the web
designers
moves it to Dreamwaver and makes a template. I can then move that to PHP
if needed. And generate nice looking pages with dynamic content.
Use the tools that make th job easy for you. Anyone who stands on their
pedistal and
blabs on about doing HTML by hand is lost in the dark ages. We will have our
sites up long before you
and i bet they look much nicer.
cheers
Steven
