[PHP] connect to OCI problem From: Alok Bisani (alok <email protected>)

Hello,
         I am unable to connect to Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release
8.1.5.0.0 with PHP4.0.3. OCI functions. I am using Apache 1.3.9 on Windows
98. Is there a solution? What can be done to overcome the problem?
Should I change the dll file.
The error I am getting is:

Warning: _oci_open_server: ORA-06401: NETCMN: invalid driver designator in
c:\myweb\actrule\listsecs.php3 on line 21

The following is the output of phpinfo() :
oci8
OCI8 Support enabled
Revision $Revision: 1.97 $

what could be the problem,
Could you please comment or guide me?
