I'm not affiliated with any of these, I just have them kicking around in my
bookmarks
(http://www.leonatkinson.com/brain/index.php3?SCREEN=view&pathway=93).
UserActive (http://www.useractive.com/courses/php.php3?course=php) has a
course just on PHP.
Guru Labs (http://www.gurulabs.com/) spends a day on PHP in their Linux 801
course, but their training is more about using Linux.
LinuxCare (http://www.linuxcare.com/university/catalog/) has a course on
Apache that includes training on PHP.
Good Luck,
Leon
