[PHP] Installing PHP on NTWS4 SP6 From: [ rswfire ] (rswfire <email protected>)

I am having trouble installing PHP on my NT Workstation 4.0 SP6 system. I
have followed the instructions given and it appears as if it should be
working in both IIS and PWS. However, it will not even execute the most
basic of commands such as echo() and I receive a 500 Internal Error message.
  Can anyone help me with this problem? Is there some easy way to make PHP
work on NT? I even tried to go the route of building it using C++ but that
was way complex and did not end in the result I was hoping it would.
