How do you resume a socket opened with pfsockopen (in 4.03p1)? The
annotations say that I should be passing it with something like echo
"<INPUT type=hidden name=sock value=\"".$socket."\">"; But for some
reason "Resource id #1" doesn't help the subsequent pages.
