[PHP-INST] I get a "File Download" dialogue box From: news (nelson <email protected>)

I am trying to configure run PHP4 on Apache on Windows XP.

When I type http://localhost/ all I get is a "File Download" dialogue box,
instead of the normal Apache server page.

Does anyone know whats is going on here?

Please tell me if you need any more information.
