I am a new user, and I was instaled a PHP3 and PWS.
I tried install step-by-step with
install-windows95-nt.html
I had all steps on regedit too.
But I can't find file 'browscap.ini', and the simple
php code does not work. This dont exits in
    c:\windows\system\inetsrv
Can anybody post to me a sample of this file (in private).

What need more?
