[PHP-WIN] Unable to Parse Configuration-File From: Lars Ronge (lars.ronge <email protected>)

Hallo Guys!

I've an urgent problem with my PHP 3.0 Installation on my
Win98-System...when I start the php.exe i always become the above mentioned
error-message...can anyone help me and give a hint, what is wrong and which
configuration-file is meant?
