In the Internet Service Manager
You need to
1. choose the "Properties" of your Website
2. Select "Home Directory" Section
3. Choose "Configuration" Button.
4. Ensure that there is an "Application Extenstion Mapping" for PHP
Also note that the "Script Engine" checkbox must be selected.
ie
Extension Excecutable Path
.php3 c:\system\php3\php.exe %s %s
Then everything should work.
