[PHP3] php3 buttons From: bijan bel (bijanbel <email protected>)

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to make the cool
buttons that are on the www.php.net site ?
I don't want the feature of a menu popping up, I just
like the color changing when your mouse goes on it.
Please let me know if you know how its done.
