[PHP3] PHP4 Win32 Setup From: Rick Proctor (am69 <email protected>)

Hi,
        I'm running PWS 4.0 on Win 98 SE and would like to know if anyone could
possibly tell me how I need to setup the PHP 4.0 binary, it doesn't seem to
work per instructions.

A complete list of everywhere files should go and a php.ini that works...
