Aren't phplib-dev@ "the programmers"? Or there's some "true" list for
programmers, well hidden? :) I made new version of what I need for myself,
but I wanted to hear the opinion of PHPLIB developers, both on if there
are specific reasons it wasn't done yet and how can I contribute my
changes for review/inclusion.
