Construction workers killed several glass fibres
this morning. NetUSE lost all German Telekom
connectivity then (they actually disconnected
several complete PBXes).

We currently do have KielNet connectivity using
6 dialup ISDN lines (384 Mbit/sec) from Kiel to
Hamburg and exspect to have all T1'es back at
21:00 GMT.

This affected mailing list performance severely.
This list was down from approx. 10:00 GMT to
16:00 GMT and is now lagging due to the slow lines.

I hope the situation will clear up soon.
