  I'm not quite sure that this list is appropriate place to
  post your question .. Anyway, first of all, I suggest using
  db_oci8.inc to access Oracle 8.
  Your error shows that you didn't configure PHPLIB correctly,
  I bet you didn't tune php3_include_path variable.
  Please read PHPLIB installation instructions carefully.
