Log message:
The table proxy is an object which can act as a placeholder
and proxy for a number of SQL or LDAP variables. Queries to
load and store data from a data source is automatically
generated and the relationship between PHP variables and
persistent storage is maintained automatically.

Preliminary documentation is added in tex format (will
change to SGML).

Incomplete examples are added in pages/table-proxy.

Some error messages are printed instead of being returned,
some session support and integration is still missing.
