This is a Good Thing(tm). One of my developers claims to understand
it. I'm still not sure I can believe him :-).

Do you have any target dates? Are there functional milestones we can
look forward to? (e.g. PHPLIB-8-RELEASE tag by end of 3rd quarter?)

Breaking backwards compatibility isn't ALWAYS a bad thing. Witness the
modern PC BIOS as a prime example...

Is there a separate CVS branch at PHPLIB-7-2B-RELEASE ? If not, what's
the correct protocol for submitting bugfixes in 7.2b?

(How do I *tell* if there's a separate branch or not???)
