This is an advanced simulated spam message. If you can see this
message, but not a message tagged "regular spam", the list will
only accept messages with the list name present in the To or Cc
header. This will catch most of the spam.

If you see this message, the list maintainer has list lifted
the guard restriction from this list. This means that you can
still send messages to this list without being subscribed,
as long as the list name shows up on the To or Cc header lines.
