I know, I've tried to impress you since the 1999 eclipse about this hack
of mine.
And now I've set up someting you can try.
It's phplib session and user data, included objects ofcourse, store as
XML.
To have a look of how powerful it can be to screen through session data
in realtime, I've set up an example page at
http://www.navigare.net/phplib-xml/
then open another browser window on anywhere in the site
http://www.navigare.net
(it's a slashdoted-plplibbed-xmlled site about navigating)
While you travel around the site hit reload on the XML page, and you'll
see ho your user data changes.
Needs javascript and cookies for the moment, couldn't purl every href.
The whole thing is up and working for a year now, on php4 recently. And
uses ct_sql_split for storing large amounts of data.
The explanation pages and 'kris/test' examples that I've set up for it
is at:
http://www.navigare.net/phplib
Does anyone think it's interesting?
Thanks
Giancarlo
