Would it be possible for someone with those requisite graphics skills to
reduce this gif down to 31 pixels high (the same as the PHP3 one -- at least
the one I'm using)? When I try to do so it gets very fuzzy.
I have something like the following as part of my page footers:
[PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor] with [PHP Base Library] and [MySQL]
