I've hacked together a simple example of tpl_form usage. It's attached
to this email in a .zip file. Uncompress it, modify the DB_Example class
in local.inc to match your needs and have a try.
It's a simple application in which you have to select an image of an
animal, then write its name to score 1 or 2 points. Hope you'll enjoy
it! 8-)

It is easier to change the specification to fit the program than vice versa.
