The problems regarding sessions and forms between IE and Netscape are
not because of PHPLIB. The problem with making anything work with every
browser is that Microsoft and Netscape have chosen to not conform to
standards in several ways, as well as having their own unique set of
bugs in each of their browsers. Microsoft's latest browsers are
especially egregious with regards to doing things in a non-standard way.

So even if you do not use PHPLIB, you will still have difficulty making
all of your web pages work with "every browser without problems".
