[PHPLIB] Beginner Question From: Ken Weiner (ken <email protected>)

The webpage I am developing resides on a webhost. The VERY IMPORTANT NOTE
in the PHPLib documentation says that the installation instructions are only
for people who have full control over their web server. Does that mean
that I will not be able to install PHPLib given my situation?
