I have installed MySQL, PHP and PHPLIB on a windows98 machine, but have
exactly this problem.

A search of the archives indicates that it is restricted to php 3.0.11.

Unfortunately I am restricted (for now) to using a precompiled win32
distribution, but the download sites only have (as far as I can see) 3.0.11.

Can someone tell me where to get a version that works?
