I am using php4b3 with phplib. However, several people (myself included)
have asked about the status of future integration of phplib with php4
built in sessions. Thus far I haven't seen any recent replies to this
question, apart from a while back when the answer (as I remember it) was
essentially "when php4 sessions is stable" or something to that effect. I
am not sure if php 4 sessions will represent any kind of improvement on
phplib sessions as I have not yet tried it. It does appear based upon
postings to the php beta list that bugs may remain in v4 session
tracking.

Eric Mings Ph.D.
