Please learn PHP and MySQL first. Try some small projects
with PHP3 and get a grip on the language, learn the idioms
and find a strategy for organizing things.
You will soon find that you are coding the same things over
and over again and you will feel that some things have no
adequate solutions in PHP3. You will begin to feel a certain
pain. PHPLIB will only make sense to you _after_ you have
felt the pain. There is no use in trying PHPLIB before you
can feel this.
