[PHPLIB] Internet Draft on Use of HTTP State Management From: Kristian Köhntopp (kris <email protected>)

My wife forwarded me the following item from the P3-interest mailing
list, which may apply to PHPLIB and PHPLIB users. P3 (Privacy
Preferences
Protocol) is a system proposed by W3C for the management of person
related data.
