[PHPLIB] [ADMIN] Spam to list From: Fredrik Jagenheim (fredde <email protected>)

Could the administrator for this list please turn on some kind of
verification, i.e. that you have to be subscribed to the list to be allowed
to post to it. I've recieved several spam-letters from this list in the last
few days. Simple fix, I believe.
