yes, I don't think we gonna spent much time on this point but a 'How-to' is a 'How-to' ...

if the question was : is there a 'How-to' then the answer is : no (IMHO)

so the very interesting point is :
Is somebody interested in building such a 'How-to' +'FAQ' ?
I'm a very newbie in Phplib but I could help...
