Hi, I've made some minimal changes to tpl_form.inc so you can optionally
specify the file to inlclude to render the form instead of using the
classname.ihtml one. I don't know how to send it to the PHPLIB
developers so if somebody here is one of them or know how to send the
file to them, let me know...
