In brief, phplib is a code library that provides often-used 'pieces' needed
to deploy web applications.
This code library is written in php and uses php's Object Oriented features.
Reading through the code of the phplib is a great way to learn how to use
php to write well structured re-usable code.
Learning the phplib features requires a bit of a learning curve, but a lot
less time than having to redo everything that the library does.
