[phplib] Changes since 7.2b From: Kristian Köhntopp (kris <email protected>)

The following changes have been made to the
php-lib-stable CVS since the 7.2b release:

- A simple bugfix in cart.inc.
- A fix in ct_sql.inc: A change of the update algorithm
  to deal with MySQL ideosyndicracies.
- A fix in db_msql.inc: Added a constructor and
  a check for empty queries. Ditto for db_mssql.inc,
  db_oracle.inc, db_odbc.inc, db_pgsql.inc, db_sybase.inc,
  
- A fix in db_oracle.inc: Added a nextid() function.
  Also in db_pgsql.inc.
- In session.inc: The default caching mode is now
  passive and passive-mode now always issues MSIE 5.x
  pre- and post-check headers. This should deal with
  Netscape and MSIE in a correct way and needs testing.
- In template.inc: Made a fix for PHP4 string interpolation.
  Made a fix re variable names in order to deal with
  CSS stylesheets and Javascript. Fixed a long standing
  bug in handling non-empty $roots.
- Updated copyright messages.
- Added the menu.inc file from the development archive,
  as it is very useful. Docs are missing, please write
  some.

Please test this (I have packages it and uploaded it
to the website). If I hear no complaints, this is going
to be a 7.2c release, and it should be a drop-in
replacement for 7.2b.
