[phplib] Netscape and MSIE From: Jim Ide (JIde <email protected>)

Hi -

I'm developing an application in PHP3 and PHPlib. The app works fine with
Netscape 4.73. I have tried using the app with several versions of MSIE,
but the app behaves strangely. Any ideas?
