[phplib] new_user.php3 From: Michael J. Huber (Michael.Huber <email protected>)

I have been looking at and trying to incorporate code from new_user.php3
into a project I am working on and I have run into a problem.

There is a function being called named 'uniquid' but, I can not find
that function in new_user.php3 or in any of the files that are in the
php directory. I have a good idea what the function does and why but,
no real idea who to write it.
