[phplib] Security stop From: Samuli Karkkainen (skarkkai <email protected>)

Using PHPLIB that comes with IMP 2.2.0-pre13 (Jul 3), I got
persistently the message "Security stop" on otherwise empty screen as I
tried to access IMP. I'm using shmem as session storage.

It turned out I needed to manually remove a following shared memory
segment before things would work again:

key shmid owner perms bytes nattch status
0x00123754 3716 httpd 600 64000 0

What might cause this to happen, and is there something to make sure
this doesn't happen again?
