I am working on a project hosted at sourceforge and we
are using phplib. One of our main clients Unix admin has just asked me about
changing things so that we don't assume that phplib is autoprepended everywhere.
He does not want every php script to incur a performance penalty by having
phplib autoprepended.

So would using a .htaccess file work in this case? Would only the site with the
.htaccess file then have phplib autoprepended to its php scripts?

I just want a quick fix for now until we actually implement a more flexible
configuration system or switch to the Horde (http://www.horde.org).
