I found at lajas.uncu.edu.ar/manuales documentation about phplib6.0.
I understand that Graph_Line class is an independent class and it is
experimental.
Anyway, I can't find graph.inc. Maybe graph.inc was removed from newer
versions than 6.0(I'm using phplib 7-3).
