[phplib] Problem with Templates and single quotes From: Denis Anthony Healy (healy <email protected>)

When I use a single quote (') in a template file, it appears in the
resultant HTML as two single quotes. I haven't seen this problem mentioned
before, and I've been using workarounds in my javascript but it has become
pretty annoying. I'm using PHP 3.0.16 as a CGI and PHPLIB 7.2b, although
the same thing happens on 7.2c
