[phplib] Queer fallback_mode behaviour From: John Sutton (john <email protected>)

I'm using Netscape 4.6 on linux with phplib 7.2c on php 3.0.5

Even though I've got cookies turned on, when I first access the examples in
/pages, the code fallsback into get mode? Even though it succeeded in setting
a cookie. If I subsequently manually delete the session id in the query
string, the session continues as should be in cookie mode.

Any ideas?
